Charlane is a highly experienced lettings Manager, negotiator and now invested business co-owner. Having been in property for over 12 years and worked in Richmond since 2008 for Fitz-Gibbon, a reputable local letting agency, she feels that agency is changing and wants to offer a different, personal approach. Not keen to be seen as a ‘typical estate agent’, Charlane seeks to stand out from the rest. During her time in Lettings she was consistently the company’s top negotiator, helped run the St Margaret’s office and became the branch manager for the very successful Richmond office. She has also achieved all qualifications required, gaining the full ARLA technical award in residential property and property management.
Charlane enjoys family life living locally in Hampton with her husband and daughter and as a landlord herself, understands the importance of finding the right tenant for your property. She appreciates that you will rely on a trusted agent to achieve this and has helped build Griffin Stevens to be just that: a responsible, local independent company, using local contractors and investing back into the local communities.
Charlane is determined to ensure that both landlords and tenants receive an excellent quality of service from a trusted, knowledgeable person who will guide them through this, sometimes stressful, process and look after their interests for many years to come.
Andrew has worked in the property industry for over 12 years and has a wealth of knowledge in both residential sales and lettings. Most of his experience has been gained working for the typical traditional type of agencies, both small independent and large corporate businesses. In addition, he has also helped build and set up one of the UK’s largest online agencies. This gives Andrew a true insight into the pros and cons of both types of estate agencies and has allowed him and his business partners to create a company that is the best of both. Real knowledge, real people and a fair price for the consumer.
