Charlane is a highly experienced lettings Manager, negotiator and now invested business co-owner. Having been in property for over 12 years and worked in Richmond since 2008 for Fitz-Gibbon, a reputable local letting agency, she feels that agency is changing and wants to offer a different, personal approach. Not keen to be seen as a ‘typical estate agent’, Charlane seeks to stand out from the rest. During her time in Lettings she was consistently the company’s top negotiator, helped run the St Margaret’s office and became the branch manager for the very successful Richmond office. She has also achieved all qualifications required, gaining the full ARLA technical award in residential property and property management.
Charlane enjoys family life living locally in Hampton with her husband and daughter and as a landlord herself, understands the importance of finding the right tenant for your property.
